I had nothing specific in mind when I made this other than it being a Greek warrior, but as soon as the lovely Eftehia (she of the wonderful restaurant at Monodendri Beach) saw it she exclaimed 'My God! Leonidas!' And Leonidas, King of Sparta, he now is. I think he might look rather good gazing out to sea from the terrace of Patrick Leigh Fermor's house, defending it for eternity.
